I have quite a few clothing pieces that I haven’t worn for some time. I have towels I don’t use. Sheets I don’t use. You name it. Anyway, it is time to pass those things that are usable on to others, and to get rid of what should otherwise be gotten rid of to elsewhere.

As luck would have it, one of my staff members has a daughter who is part of a good-doers group at school, and who is currently collecting clothing for some sort of clothing drive. Perfect timing, and a perfect excuse to get going on number 36: purge closets. I took a shopping bag of clothes to work last week, and I’ve got a couple more items that I wanted to wash first, and which I’ve just packed up to take with me tomorrow. Hurrah!
